POWERSTON's Modular System TP and MH wered esigned to bring versatility and efficiency to the industry. With relatively few components, it can be configured to create various work platforms, transport platforms, or a combination of both.
The basic components of the modular system include a ground frame, a drive unit and a mast section. With these components, and add-ons such as adaptors, pendeldecks, deck sections and fences,virtually any type of work platform or transport platform can be created. This means greater flexibility and higher utilization for the fleet owner – resulting in significant economic benefits.By having the ability to utilize the same mast simultaneously on a transport platform and a construction hoist – or as a component of a mast climbing work platform – the fleet owner is able to capitalize on savingsin terms of mast stock, storage space and installation costs.

Types of Passenger and Material Hoists

1. Single Cage Hoists

• Designed for transporting either passengers or materials in a single compartment.
• Suitable for projects with moderate vertical transportation needs.
• Payload capacities typically range from 1,000 kg to 3,000 kg.
• Example: Jaypee’s JCH 100 series offers single cage hoists with speeds up to 60 m/min and lifting heights up to 450 meters.

2. Twin Cage Hoists

• Feature two separate cages for simultaneous transport of passengers and materials.
• Ideal for large-scale construction sites requiring high throughput.
• Payload capacities can reach up to 8,000 kg.

3. Curved and Inclined Hoists
